Earnings in the 3Q of 2015 grew by approx. 11.3% to 2B NIS; the net profit totaled approx. 34.3M NIS. 

During the first nine months of 2015, Elco presented a growth of approx. 13% in earnings which totaled approx. 5.85B NIS; the net profit for the period increased to approx. 97.6M NIS.

The share of the electrical products importer sharply increased by 70% in the past year. Lately the company agreed on selling its water bars operation to Mey Eden for 21 million NIS 

The electrical products importer Electra Consumer Products (ECP) Ltd. continues to show nice recovery in its financial reports. Last night the company, which is part of ELCO Group controlled by Gershon Salkind, concluded this year's third quarterly with net profit of 14.5 million NIS, after losing 11.5 million NIS in the corresponding quarterly last year.

Electrical appliance importer Electra Consumer Products (ECP) announced today that it signed on an agreement to sell its operations in the water bar sector (Electra Bar) to Mey Eden. The consideration in the transaction was set at approximately NSI 21 million plus VAT, not including the inventory, subject to the consideration reconciliation mechanism set forth with regards to the findings of the due diligence to be conducted by Mey Eden (which is owned by equity private fund Rhone Capital) of the acquired operations. ECP noted that the impact of the sale on its net profit is not expected to be material.
