Danya Cebus has won a tender to build 12 buildings in the IDF Training Base City, totaling NIS 200 million. This was a subcontracting tender by Mabat LaNegev, which includes Electra, Minrav and Bynet Communications and Computers, Ltd., who won the principal tender for the Training Base City in 2012.
The project will include the construction of the buildings, designated for general training and special training in the fields of logistics, information, medicine, information and communications technology, adjutancy, military police, intelligence, munitions and education. The buildings will be manufactured at the Cebus Rimon plant, a subsidiary of Danya Cebus that specializes in prefabrication methods. The 3-4 buildings will include large training halls, training rooms, classrooms, offices, simulation halls, etc.
The construction on an area of 74 thousand square meters will be executed according to a demanding schedule of 12-18 months, where the first 4 buildings will be built within 12 months.
As part of the contract, Danya Cebus will execute the work until its completion and on a key management level through its subsidiary, Forma; and the system work will be executed by a contractor hired by the customer.
